These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Gospel Music Africa ("GMA," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Platform.

 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

 2.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Users between 13-17 years old must have parental/guardian consent
- You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or enter into contracts

 2.2 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person may maintain only one active user account

 2.3 Account Verification
- Artist accounts may require additional verification for authenticity
- We reserve the right to verify user information at any time
- Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension

 3. Acceptable Use Policy

 3.1 Permitted Uses
You may use our Platform to:
- Stream, download, and share gospel music (subject to licensing terms)
- Create playlists and discover new music
- Interact with artists and other community members
- Access educational and inspirational content
- Promote gospel music events and ministries (where applicable)

 3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Upload, share, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
- Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or community members
- Upload content containing profanity, violence, or sexually explicit material
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise Platform security
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without explicit permission

 3.3 Content Standards
All user-generated content must:
- Align with Christian values and biblical principles
- Be appropriate for all age groups
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
- Be free from hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material
- Comply with community guidelines and platform policies

 4. Intellectual Property Rights

 4.1 Platform Content
- GMA owns or has licensed rights to all Platform content, including design, software, text, and graphics
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding materials are protected intellectual property
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission

 4.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to our Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the content or have proper authorization
- The content does not infringe on third-party rights
- You grant GMA a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content
- The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

 4.3 Music Content
- Music available on our Platform is licensed for personal, non-commercial use
- Commercial use requires separate licensing agreements
- Download and streaming rights are subject to specific terms for each track
- Artists retain ownership of their original musical works

 4.4 DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement:

- Include all required DMCA information
- We will respond promptly to valid takedown requests

 5. Privacy and Data Protection

 6. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis

 6.2 Payment Processing

- GMA reserves the right to remove content that violates platform policies
- Content may be temporarily unavailable during technical maintenance
- Users will be notified of permanent content removals when possible

 8.1 External Links
- Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services
- We do not control or endorse external content or services
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies
- We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services

 8.2 Integrations
- Social media integrations are subject to respective platform terms
- Payment processors operate under their own terms and privacy policies
- Analytics and advertising services may collect data according to their policies
- You may opt-out of certain third-party integrations through privacy settings

 9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

 9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- GMA'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- THIS INCLUDES DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS
- SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

 9.4 Warranty Disclaimer
- SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
- THIS INCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED

 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Content you submit or share
- Your interactions with other users

 11. Termination

 11.1 Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
- Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination
- Some provisions of these Terms survive termination

 11.2 Termination by GMA
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or community guidelines
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Provide false or misleading information
- Fail to pay subscription fees

 11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform will be discontinued
- User-generated content may be removed
- Certain data may be retained as required by law
- Outstanding obligations remain in effect

 12. Dispute Resolution

- Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. GMA may assign these Terms without restriction.

 14.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

 14.5 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
